TRB Reviews
What is it like working at TRB?
Rewarding.
Petroleum Engineer in Whittier:
Pros: The ability to work independently and be successful. To have such a flexible schedule
Cons: I love the work I do and I work hard, yet when I asked for a raise to compensate the work I do, or to be paid equivalent to people who do the same type of work, I was met with some pushback. I’m expected to do the job of 4 people, and given more responsibility every day, yet I am expected to not be paid the industry norm because I don’t have an engineering degree...even though I do the work of an engineer.
Pro-Employee Environment.
Business Development Manager in San Ramon:
Pros: My ideas are heard, there is strong collaboration on strategy
Cons: can't say
