Pros: Employees who have been there longer than a year are great to work with.
Cons: They hire for bodies. They don't care anymore about actually getting the job done. Terrible pay and doesn't treat us right. They have told me that I'm replaceable and that I don't do enough yet I work almost 60 hours every week and have gone 18 days straight without a day off. They need me yet they treat me as if they don't. When I take a day off the store goes into chaos. Yet they won't give me anymore of a raise because the cap is at 17 $. I make 16.51 as a soft home coordinator after 5.5 years with them
They keep asking me to take a key holder position(basically management) but only can offer me 49 cents for it. The whole company country wide got raises all except me. Why?? They promised me a raise and then never gave me one yet everyone else did.
