Great company to work for.

Enterprise Architect, IT in Charlotte:
The culture and atmosphere are good and the people I worked with were great. In my area I felt the management listened until recently. The compensation was good and the retirement benefit is excellent. In the last year or two it seems the organization does not have a clear direction and there have been a lot of changes.
Diminished work life balance.
Project Manager, (Unspecified Type / General) in Charlotte:
Pros: Overall great company and other benefits.
Cons: Limited work life balance. Lack of business partner accountability.
High performer.
Senior Vice President (SVP), Operations in Jacksonville:
Pros: benefits, retirement plan
Cons: lack of transparency when it comes to pay
Investment Accountant:
Really highly skilled staff with patience to help me get there. Benefits and pay are above market average. No free coffee or ping pong culture. Just professionalism and flexibility in work hours. PTO, and retirement are exceptional.
