Syngenta Reviews

What is it like working at Syngenta?

A lot of work but never boring.
Team Lead, Operations in Valparaíso:
Pros: the opportunity to promote peaople with less opportunities than me
Cons: The salary is too low
Terrible.
Research Associate (Unspecified Type) in Elkhorn:
Pros: In the winter I can basically not work and sit in my office and read books and stretch
Cons: Literally the concept of this job. Traveling 25% of the year minimum. I do not mind working hard, but this type of work is so unrewarding that I become unmotivated to try. There are so many variables outside of my control that I have given up caring when something goes wrong. Used to take responsibility for everything, but now I just let things go as is without care or worry if the whole project goes terribly
Tons of work but remuneration is below averge, human connection a big factor negative.
Office Administrator in Singapore:
Pros: creativity at best
Cons: poor balance of worklife
Payscale review 2021.
Office Administrator in Naples:
Pros: The work my company is trying to accomplish.
Cons: The unfair pay of the positions at the different levels
Interesting.
General / Operations Manager in Jonesboro:
Pros: The people
Cons: The non process oriented approach in Reaearch
Office Manager:
Good company with great benefits, but expected to do a lot of work with a lot of responsibility without being compensated fairly. There have been a lot of leadership changes with positions and departments throughout the past 2 years.
