Ok, I know other places give higher pay.

Pros: positive work environment.
Cons: How they treat patients for example a patient of min was late and was forced ti reschedule. I must have been very painful to there family

Pros: I have the ability to explore, create and present my work product and findings to the Executives and Leadership
Cons: Some IT staff are not willing to push projects forward, frequent source of roadblocks.
Busy L&D unit with OR experience.
Registered Nurse (RN):
Pros: Excellent company to work for.
Cons: Shift work.
Understaffed few breaks unbalanced assignments favortism.

Pros: The patients and their families.
Cons: A For profit non profit organization. I can no longer work for that management.
Registered Nurse (RN):
Pros: Some great friends and coworkers.
Cons: Managment doesn't fix problems along the way but waits until things descend into chaos and completely fall apart, it's dumbfounding to watch them do it over and over and at every level.
