Sutter Health Reviews

What is it like working at Sutter Health?

Great job, and generally a great place to work.
Technical Analyst in Citrus Heights:
Pros: I love that my job is varied and interesting, and that I'm able to work from home 100% of the time with quite a bit of autonomy. I just need to get the work done, and how I go about that is mostly up to me.
Cons: There are people who don't pull their weight and who will likely never be fired because they're members of some protected class, and the company wants to avoid lawsuits. Also, the company is a little more woke than I like. It'd be nice if I could just do my job without having pride month shoved down my throat.
Scary.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Oakley:

Cons: The management not being transparent to the pending closing of the unit
Fast Paced.
Medical Social Worker in Sacramento:

Challenging and Satisfying at the same time.
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator in San Francisco:

Cons: Had to cut my hours.....But i think that is everywhere right now due to COVID
Its a good work place.
