Surgical Specialists Reviews

What is it like working at Surgical Specialists?

I thought my experience and being RMA would help with pay.
Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) in Denver:
Pros: Helping people get the help they need to reduce pain on any level. Most providers are amazing.
Cons: When something needs to be addressed it ultimately never gets resolved.
I enjoy working with the people (patients and employees and employers)
Surgery Scheduler in West Chester:
Pros: Working with the people, but not in the typical retail type setting. It gives me a sense of pride to make patients feel better, and for employers to know they can be confident in my abilities.
Cons: Stress of not enough time to do my job at it's best. And not being appreciated for the extra work I put in.
