What is it like working at Summa Health System?

Wonderful!
Medical Assistant in Columbus:
Pros: The Doctors I work for!
Cons: I feel I could be paid more
Healthcare Customer Service.
Patient Account Representative in Cleveland:
Pros: Helping people apply for assistance
Cons: Billing Errors
No Independence -- being a corporate monkey.
Receptionist in Wadsworth:
Pros: The patients, educational financial assistance
Cons: Lack of independence, no scheduling flexibility/flex time, no telecommute, unpaid holidays. My schedule is determined by doctors' time off, meaning I have to use my PTO when they decide to take a vacation, or I go unpaid. Uncertainty about future of the company (currently undergoing a transfer in partnership from Mercy Health to someone else that we [employees] have not been notified of).
Considering Move.
Clinical Research Nurse in Akron:
Pros: The people I work/interact with.
Cons: The pay related to my work ethic and experience.
Don't work here.
Medical Assistant:
Pros: I can not ansewr this question because the only good thing is that I get a pay check and thats it.
Cons: This company dose not pay a fare pay wage to their employees. It is hard to get an answer from anyone in this company when you question them.
