Suddenlink Reviews
What is it like working at Suddenlink?
Stressful.
Retail Sales Associate in Victoria:
Pros: I love the hours I work and that I work Monday Through Friday.
Cons: The company no longer allows me access to systems and things I used to work with so I am no longer able to help customers anymore. I am told to have them call the call center to help them. This causes us to be spoken to by customers in a very rude and sometimes violent way. It causes a lot of stress and my supervisor does not seem to want to help us. he hides in his office and we have to deal with the customers ourselves.
