Pros: I do what I feel is necessary and have full control of all training.
Cons: Pay is below average and company is reniging on promotion commitment after I received MS degree.
Great benefits, mediocre pay.
Registered Nurse (RN), Operating Room in Rochester:
Pros: We get 5 weeks of paid vacation, 11 paid holidays, and 1 week of PTO/Sick time. Our education benefits are really very good and after 2 years, Strong contributes 6 percent to your 403B whether you are contributing or not.
Cons: I feel under payed and inadequately managed.
