Poor upper management.
Meat Manager in Boston:
Pros: I have the skills to do the best possible job with what little attributes from upper management
Cons: Poor upper management skills. Seem to have little knowledge of the supermarket business and can’t realize the customers are the true value to the business and not their bonuses

Can be difficult at times but you do what is needed.
