Pros: The period when we were allowed to work remotely was great. After that? Not so great.
Cons: There is nothing good to be found in this company. The management is pretty lackluster. The managers lack a clear direction for the company, and they're not at all effective in leading and managing the employees. The work atmosphere and environment is as bland as it can get, and the compensation packages aren't near as good as the company's competitors.
