St. Vincent's Hospital Reviews

What is it like working at St. Vincent's Hospital?

Rewarding but hard work.
Finance Manager in Brisbane:
Pros: Varity in workload, ability to manage on my own
Cons: no communication, no culture, no pay review
Great nursing staff but horrible management.
Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Room in Evansville:
Pros: Staff on floor
Cons: Management and pay
Physical Therapist Assistant in Indianapolis:
Great people to work with but upper level management has passed down messages that seem to be more focused on numbers and not therapy. Creating unnecessary stress and a less that ideal work environment.
Often understaffed, definitely underpaid. Patient to nurse ratios are often too high to safely manage urgent situations, leading to unnecessary patient harm.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Jacksonville:
Pros: I like having 3 days on and 4 days off so that I can have more flexibility in my schedule.
Cons: The pay stinks for nurses
It is only amazing because of my co workers in my department.
Security Supervisor in Westchester:
Pros: My co workers in my department
Cons: The pay
Good Position.
Care Coordinator in Bessemer:
Pros: I like how much I can interact with patients and other Dr.s in a professional manner.
Cons: It needs more organization.
