What is it like working at Sprouts?

Fast paced and fun.

Pros: I have the freedom to manage myself and complete my work on my schedule.
Cons: Sometimes there aren't enough projects per week.
Kennedys Review.
Cashier in Fontana:
Pros: I love interacting with the customers and seeing my coworkers everyday.
Cons: I dislike the pay at my workplace.
Meh.
Meat Clerk in Oviedo:
Pros: some Coworkers are fun and give it a welcoming environment
Cons: Often times, I’m left to run my entire department alone, our supplies are always low, I’m never informed of what has or hasn’t been done or what we have, management doesn’t punish coworkers who leave messes everywhere and just leave it behind for me or other coworkers to clean. And communicating problems with management is breathe better spent talking to a wall.
Always interesting.
Deli Clerk in Murfreesboro:
Pros: people and atmosphere
Cons: drama
Busy in waves; management needs help.
Cashier in San Ramon:
Pros: Customers; being busy; self baggers
Cons: Lack of training; their computer system; loyalty of management
Stressful yet knowledgeable.
Supermarket Department Manager, Dairy & Frozen Foods in Las Vegas:
Pros: Learning about new products and interacting with others
Cons: Communication, pay, and accountability
