Sport Clips, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Sport Clips, Inc.?
Its amazing being able to help so many teams to success.
Job Coach in Brunswick:
Pros: Helping others reach their potential.
Cons: Traveling 50% of the time out of state and away from my kids.
Expert problem solver.
Area Operations Manager in Houston:
Pros: I love making employees happy, retaining the very best hairdressers, and keeping the store owner satisfied by saving money for the company in any way I can by helping provide the best customer service in the stores. The 5 point play and staffing correctly with Great stylists help create a constant growth in net sales and I love seeing the business succeed
Cons: Employees have life problems, life happens 24/7 and as an employer you cannot seem cold hearted. You do need to respond a lot on your personal time to retain the best of stylists. From the top down to managment. I love doing what I do but this is the least favorite part.
Cosmetologist:
It really comes down to your team and the owner you work for. Could the be best job I've ever had, could have also been my worst nightmare. Do your interview and check with the vibes of the store, ask how they feel about their owner and anyone above them. For new people, inexperienced, in the field I would highly recommend their training. 👍🏻
Stress level.
Hairstylist in Nashville:
Pros: I love everyone I work with and the clientele. Management is amazing.
Cons: Under staffed, the way we are paid. It's really hard to commission even if you are doing your best.
