Pros: Making commercial aircraft
Cons: Treated very poorly. Nearly impossible to understand how to get promoted.
Non-Destructive Testing Techician in Greenville:
Pros: Working with my direct manager and making sure that the airplane parts are safe.
Cons: There is very little communication from upper management. Not feeling appreciated for my hard work from upper management. Our machines need to be upgraded to make or jobs more efficient and my pay needs to be better. Upper management is very disorganized.
My direct manager is great to work with but upper management seems to not consider my recommendations on how things could be ran better. Our equipment needs upgrading and communication needs much improvement.

Pros: I like working with my direct manager. He is very good at communicating what my role is.
Cons: The pay could be better and upper management does not communicate well with us and does not consider our recommendations for improvement with our machines and processes

I started out as someone with no experience so I understand but at this point a year and a half later I'm considered one of the best floor mechanics they work me like crazy because my quality is great so everyone else around me that makes more then me gets to just skate on by .
