It's like you never know what's going to happen when you start your day. You never know if you did something wrong or someone else has a way to do it and you messed it up. Never know when there are major issues and if there is it's your fault.
Field Service Technician in O'Fallon:
Pros: I am not being micromanaged

Great Opportunity to grow. You have to be willing/able to learn and adapt on the fly.
Cable Technician in Oxnard:
Pros: The satisfaction of being able to help existing customers with their services when trouble arises and the joy from setting up new customers with our services.
Cons: The way our “numbers” don’t actually reflect what kind of tech we truly are. Its a very flawed system that lowers overall morale for techs who work hard but are brought down by variables we have no control over.
