South Carolina Department of Mental Health Reviews

What is it like working at South Carolina Department of Mental Health?

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Columbia:
Always short staffed. Night shift always have to stay over to cover first shift. Management is awful. They don't care about you as a co-worker. They think they are above staff who works on the floor. Talk to you any kind of way, but don't expect you to defend yourself. It's a job, but you have to be strong and go on about your duties. The place is in need of strong changes.
