Pros: The coworkers are like family. The unit I work on everyone communicates effectively. The manger has an open door attitude and is always listens to her coworkers. She stands up for employees.
Cons: The start pay was around $11.00/hr. Which sucks. That’s the only down side for this facility at a tech.
