Stressful.
Production Scheduler in Rochester:
Pros: Location and benefits.
Cons: All the weight is on my shoulders to make sure that orders get completed in time for delivery while having to work around shortages of employees, trailers and materials.
It’s a struggle! Running too lean on the production floor. If someone calls off then myself or another management team member have to work the floor putting us behind on our positions.
Production Scheduler in Rochester:
Pros: The trust my boss(s) have in me to perform my duties without having to be over my shoulder making sure I’m doing it correctly.
Cons: Pay, lack of communication, running too lean on our work force.
It is good work if appreciated.
