Pros: Developing managers to take pride and owner ship of where they work. To watch their growth without them even realizing how much they’ve grown in their own leadership qualities
Cons: Lack of physical saftey, no transparency, expected to be a yes manager

Pros: Once you get the hand of it the job becomes pretty simple
Cons: It can a stressful environment especially during rushes
Horribly dramatic, significant minor responsibilities, no compensation.

Pros: Customers and the hustle.
Cons: Customers and the hustle and closing preparations.
Stressful.
Crew Leader in Bristol:
Pros: Providing good service to customers and the food.
Cons: The pay doesn't match the hard work you do.
As a "cook"/manager with several years of experience; it is neither rewarding nor does it pay enough.

Pros: When everyone is carrying their own weight and working together.
Cons: The customers are the leading cause of heart failure and heart attacks. Second is when other employees are lazy. And of course the pay (if you're a hard worker).
The Personally for the one I work at, sure we have our a disagreements but it never lasts long.

Pros: No matter how crappy your days goin, you're not able to help but laugh and have a good time while you're there.
Cons: Though it is a pretty nice work environment especially compared to past jobs, certain people tend to show favoritism which can get a bit pushing and testing at times.

Cons: Im working harder than any other Assistant Manager in my restaurant and doing things above my pay grade for the same amount of pay without the opportunity of overtime.
