Started off very promising and then we got a new supervisor.

Pros: it was structured with scheduled task for each day. I was unsupervised majority of the time. which gave me some much needed alone time to get work done. free water and soda provided at work. No set lunch or break times. Very flexible lunch and break times based on workload and events of the day.
Cons: Basically my on site supervisor. from day one he was brought in I was constantly treated as someone who didn't do their job and didn't know anything about anything. Also HR is non-existent with the only way of contact being through no reply e-mails and no number to call. Worked there ten years and still have no clue if they have an actual HR department with humans working there.
