Pros: I get paid by Softtek but abide the (more relaxed) client rulee
Cons: Communication is scarse and cumbersome
Solutions Engineer:
I like a lot the flexibility Softtek offers to work in anything I like. Its culture is unique. I have the best boss and he really looks for his team. I like my compensation but I would like to have more benefits.
Development Operations (DevOps) Engineer:
Softtek is a great place for learning and growing as an engineer. I was lucky to be selected to start the DevOps offering and being in a fast growing industry. We have good benefits but compensation couñd be better.
