Production Worker in Roseville:
Pros: The management team is very positive. They give confidence that only makes us want to work as hard as possible for them. They always make sure to let us know that we are doing great and always let us know how much we are appreciated for all the hard work we do. I can't speak for all locations, but I can only hope that all other locations have such amazing managers as we do at the Utica, Michigan location. The experience I had working/training with the certified trainers a couple weeks into opening our location was also amazing! Those trainers all showed the same respect as well as so much patience I assure you that! They were all such wonderful people! There were a few that I think stood out to me really and did acceptionally well and made an impact on me just within those two weeks.
Cons: It is stressful when people don't communicate properly and or call off!
