SmartWatt Energy Reviews
What is it like working at SmartWatt Energy?
First Job after Graduation.
Energy Engineer in Anaheim:
Pros: I like the freedom and independence granted to me while I work. I don’t have people breathing down my neck, I feel respected. The culture is casual and creates a fun low-stress environment. I feel like there is ample room to grow within the organization.
Cons: There are long stretches of inactivity and downtime. I feel overqualified for the work I do. It’s not very intellectually stimulating.
