Signature Healthcare, LLC Reviews

What is it like working at Signature Healthcare, LLC?

I love what I do, but I'd most certainly do it for another company.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Louisville:
Pros: Making a difference where it matters most.
Cons: Pay, lack of supplies & lack of consistency.
Love making a difference in the lives of our residents.
Restorative Aide in Mountain City:
Pros: The residents
Cons: The disorganization of the management team
Business Office Manager in Memphis:
Management horrible and staff always keep up drama. Administrator very disrespectful and unapproachable unless its her favorite minions. Didn't have respect for nursing staff, CNAs or other staff. Patients were the only pros with this job. Pay was not great. Needs to show more courtesy to employees.
It's stressful and overwhelming majority of the time... But caring for the residents makes it all worth it!
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Memphis:
Cons: Not enough floor staff
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
As a former and current employee at Signature Healthcare. I love it and I love what we do as a team. We take pride in what we do and you can definitely see the difference in the residents. They are happy and feel at home at Signature Healthcare in Greeneville.
Challenging.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Chattanooga:
Pros: Residents
Cons: Short Staffing
Highly stressful and very ignored.
MDS Coordinator in Louisville:
Pros: The flexability with my schedule and talking to my favorite residents
Cons: Management ignoring the obvious behavior of the misbehaving staff
