Cons: Not much student engagement opportunities outside the classroom
My core responsibilities, I love. I am not paid on the same scale as my peers with less education.
Director, Student Services in Little Rock:
Pros: Student interaction
Cons: The school is connected to a Church and the head of the institution is ran by a Bishop who’s wife is the Director of Human Resources. I feel that in higher education, there is no place for nepotism.
