Shimmick Reviews

What is it like working at Shimmick?

Many Responsibilities.
Project Engineer in Sacramento:
Pros: I'm trusted to take my work from the start to the finish line. My experience at Shimmick has made me a well rounded individual with many transferrable skills.
Cons: There is too much work and responsibility placed on some individuals that should be under the role of the managers. This leads to some people being overworked and burning out.
Construction Engineer in San Francisco:
Serious cultural issues stemming from disinterested management and cronyism that result in poor communication and operational failures at levels. Bad management, poor employee engagement, and superficial connections between work groups.
