Shiloh Industries, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Shiloh Industries, Inc.?
Extremely Busy.
Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer in Goshen:
Pros: I like the new management team working to support a culture change.
Cons: Stress, we are back to basics and it will take time to get us where we need to be.
Emotionally taxing.
Production Team leader in Cleveland:
Pros: I like the people, mostly.
Cons: Lack of communication with upper management. They assign new roles and responsibilities while still paying you the same rate. If you can't get the job done, oh well, they will find a replacement for you OR ridicule you for not being able to do the task.
Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Operator in Pierceton:
We work 7 days a week. At one point it was mandatory to work three 12 hour days and we got to pick the days we wanted to work those 12 hours. A wonderful job if you want to make a good chunk of money in a short period of time. The job can be taxing on your body, stretches and regular doctor visits would be recommended. Not a good job if you are an active parent unless you have a good support system for babysitting. The pay is good, but sometimes it feels like the upper management doesn't really care about your wellbeing....I've seen some changes regarding that though and I hope to continue to see concern for safety and measures taken to minimize accidents that should have been nonexistant.
