Sheridan Community Hospital Reviews

What is it like working at Sheridan Community Hospital?

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT):
Management controls every move you make and doesn't allow you to do your job, without complaining. You will never get a raise or any incentive other than a paycheck. The cost of insurance has gone up as well as the copays. They have gotten rid of the workers, yet keep the upper management. This is supposed to be a critical access hospital, but there is no longer a respiratory department. The nurses are expected to do all respiratory and cardiac emergencies without proper training on using ventilators. This was the worst job I have ever had and I am happy to say I have moved on!!
