Pros: I like the PTO scale and my co-workers. I feel that I can do my job well with the tools I have.
Cons: Doctor’s changing their schedules and rescheduling patients with late notice. The phone calls can be excessive and it’s stressful when I have patients in front of me waiting to be helped.
