Great career starter.
Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist in Orlando:
Pros: This position has the potential to be the start of a successful career if you are willing to put in work and network. You can learn new skills, branch out to different departments etc.
Cons: There seems to be a lack of mediation or follow up on those not carrying their workload.
Helping others get peace of mind.
Office Coordinator in Plano:
Pros: Helping, training.problem solving
Cons: Compound customer service calls-not having enough time to complete
Very stressful from being pulled in a million directions.
Administrative Assistant in Fort Wayne:
Pros: Most of my co- workers
Cons: Neverending paperwork
I can’t pay rent with certificates of appreciation!
Embalmer in Dallas:
Pros: My fellow co workers and my immediate supervisor are like family- we work very well together
Cons: People who are newly licensed / new hires with no experience are getting paid SIGNIFICANTLY more than I- I have been with the company for five years and I have 10 years experience as an embalmer (and others As well)
Women funeral directors are not being paid as much as men with the same or sometimes even less experience.
Funeral Director/Embalmer in Silver Spring:
Pros: Hours of work are good without having to go out on night calls, work visitations or embalm in the evenings.
Cons: Sudden Change instantly to commission structures, new products being offered without formal training, management often not familiar with current merchandise and products being put out for the funeral directors to offer families, management often becomes out of touch with meeting families or making arrangements and this eventually effects the ability to empathize or understand frustrations of funeral directors working on the front lines. People in marketing and upper management levels often are not funeral directors and do not fully understand the occupation
Incredible place to work!!
Office Manager in Chula Vista:
Pros: The reward of making the worst time in people’s life just a little easier
Cons: Not feeling appreciated
