Sephora Usa, Inc Reviews

What is it like working at Sephora Usa, Inc?

Busy.
Operations Manager in Wichita:
Pros: The education and exposure to developing a business mindset
Cons: They say to do more with less. Less hours and more work.
Hands on Job.
Operations Team Leader in Orlando:
Pros: I love building displays and visual merchandising. I also love handling all the logistics of a store and being the person that keeps the store running.
Cons: Unfortunately, due to budget cuts and more workload, operational hours are being cut and my position is half focused on client facing responsibilities instead of strictly operational.
Glamorous.
Beauty Advisor in Costa Mesa:
Pros: Working for the largest omni-channel retailer In the United States.
Cons: I am the oldest Beauty Advisor.
Retail Store Manager:
Overall it is a good company to work for. It is more challenging as a parent since all levels are expected to work nights/weekends/holidays. There is room for growth, and the benefits are fairly competitive. It would be better if they offered some type of flex time or time to work from home.
Makeup Artist:
Pros: Always learning new things. Team environment. Gratis!
Cons: Not consistent schedule late night and early mornings. Scheduled is publish so slow making it hard to plan things in life always working on weekends.
