Sephora Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Sephora Inc.?

Sephora is a fun place to work.
Retail Store Director in Los Angeles:
Pros: I work with some really great people across all roles
Cons: Overall I really like working at sephora, I wish the Company would do more to support working moms during the pandemic. There’s no flex time or work from home options for store management, though there are days where that could be possible
Quite limited when it comes to design freedom because we a in-house designers for a brand. Tight deadlines and fast process.
Senior Graphic Designer in Singapore:
Pros: Being able to work beyond the role of a designer, able to work on bigger projects were we brainstorm ideas with the rest of the creative team. A decent amount of leaves and benefit and a flexible working environment
Cons: Very tight deadlines, having the need to work very fast. Not having enough transparency when it comes to things like career progression and pay increment.
Fast paced and sales driven.
Sales Coordinator in Fresno:
Pros: When I’m able to recommend products that a customer is coming in for, there’s a certain glow that comes to them when they love their product.
Cons: Being responsible for selling credit cards and Beauty Insider rewards. I don’t believe you should be written up for a customer not wanting a credit card or rewards program.
Fun.
Retail Sales Associate in Denver:
Pros: I like meeting new people who also love makeup
Cons: Pay
Beauty Advisor in Singapore:
Pros: Get amples of compliments from satisfied customers
Cons: Long hours..forfeited commissions..not treated fairly
