Sentek Global Reviews
What is it like working at Sentek Global?
Engineering challenges and process constraint.
Lead Systems Engineer in San Diego:
Pros: Sentek Global's employee-centered culture.
Cons: Serving the DoD client is sometimes a challenge to determine what actions are needed.
Cyber Security Engineer in San Diego:
I thoroughly enjoyed the work that I did for Sentek. However, their salary and benefits are not up to par with other companies and I left for better elsewhere. Salary is about 20-30% less than competitors from what I found on the open market. Dental Benefits and Tuition Assistance are not as good as most other companies that I interviewed with. However, if salary is not a high priority for you, Sentek is a good company with good people in it. I just couldn't afford to continue to work there for what they were paying me and for the small pay raise they gave me at the annual review.
Lead Systems Engineer:
Sentek is a great company with a small business culture, but which accomplishes big things. Management is clear about the various ways to increase compensation, and encourages the devlopment of the whole employee.
