Select Physical Therapy Reviews

What is it like working at Select Physical Therapy?

Hardwork.
Physical Therapy Assistant in San Francisco:
Pros: It’s structured, there are roles and we work as a team
Cons: Sometimes it gets overwhelming and I feel like I work not for quality but more for quantity
Physical Therapist (PT) in Oklahoma City:
Both our Market Manager and Regional Director require scheduling, billing, and treatment that is the not only ideal for patients but smart business. My colleagues are great and there is UNMATCHED educational opportunity!
Great people and support staff.
Athletic Trainer in Bloomfield:
Pros: The network you have of clinicians
Cons: Pay
Under Paid & Unappreciated.
Patient Services Specialist in Waterbury:
Pros: I love our patients, and seeing them progress and get better. I like the independence that they allow us to have in managing our own offices.
Cons: The pay is ridiculous. $13.00 to start with a 3% annual increase. I've been with the company for 3 years, and am only making .70 more than the day I started. Every day it seems like something else is being added to our daily tasks, but we do not get compensated for it. Our higher ups communicated solely through email, and they only ever email about something negative; NEVER positive. We do not get paid holidays, only the PT's do. We get PTO only, and EID. PTO has to be used to cover your holidays, sick days, snow days, and vacation. So by the end of the year, after all of your holidays and sick time, anything that you have accrued is either gone, or is going to be gone with the new year.
Patient Services Specialist:
Pros: Good management.
Cons: Low pay.
