Securitas Security Services Usa, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Securitas Security Services Usa, Inc.?
Security Officer in Houston:
I work at Woodforest bank as an armed guard. The client pays Securitas 31hr per officer. However we get 13.50 with 32.5hrs one week and 39.5 the next. After taxes it comes to 1296 a month. That is not a very a living wage. Cheats apartment is 800 dollars not including bills. I was told when I transferred to huouston from Dallas that and I quote “not to make waves nor are you to draw your firearm even if it is to protect my life or others” end quote. This company has dragged Pinkertons name through the mud here in Houston as well as Dallas. I will have been with Securitas for three years come Cev 2 2020. I have even applied for a branch managers position only to be told by Tom Gross the VP in Dallas head quarters “that I’m to honest” that’s why I didn’t get the position. I’m sorry our first core value is integrity. But I’m to honest. I have watched pour work ethics and have even been shorted on hours when I work 72 hrs in a week just so Mr. Donald Lawson could make his numbers look good to his VP. Took 3 weeks to get most of it back and I’m still owed two hrs of OT. Which I will never see.
Under paid.
