Security Officer in Chicago:
Agreement at orientation on 12/24/2019 I was told that Securitas Downtown Chicago was going start me off at $14.00. And they excepted the offer at $14.00 start pay.
I received the first two checks at $14 next check dropped to $13.40.
I was told by Securitas office Downtown Chicago this account only pays $13.40.
I call BS on them because I was told by a new Guard that he was making $14.00 start at this site were I'm at.
If they don't fix the problem soon there going to lose a hard committed worker as my self that's been in the security industry for 11 years now.
Remember Securitas is not the problem here it's the people in the Downtown Chicago office that needs to replaced.
That's why I'm giving this Office a 1 star under "TERRIBLE" wish I can give them no stars.
That's how I feel about them over there.
It has its ups and downs.
Security Officer in Silverdale:
Pros: Working by myself.
Cons: Other employees always quitting, they hire whoever and the cycle continues. They don't seem to care about our area out here. I also don't like we do not get night differential in our pay we work from 10pm-8am Sun night-Fri night and 8pm-7:15am on Sat night to Sunday morning and I think we deserve more night pay for working these hours.
It’s a way for me to be my own boss.
