Production workers are bot distributed as they should be in the hiring process, and expectations knowing they're short staffed are too high. But they have a great management team and opportunity to learn and be promoted are there.

Pros: It can be satisfying when fulfilling daily tasks leaving you feel accomplished
Cons: The pay could definitely be better when comparing to other companies. But the worst thing about the plant is the unreal expectations without giving us the proper means to meet them.
They favor there favorites. Take your ideas as it is there’s. Hardly any respect. Takes years to get any action done. Takes someone getting hurt for any safety issues looked at.
