What is it like working at Sam's Club?
Great, most of the time.

Pros: Working on cars and the down time.
Cons: Being pulled to other departments.
Because management can't keep associates.
I feel I work the hardest. I make myself available to come in on my off days or when they need help, but I am the lowest paid produce Associate and have been there longer than all but one of the other workers.

Pros: I enjoy my colleagues, but management doesnt understand how to manage, lead or teach those under them.
Cons: Management. Corporate will change things which do not get relayed to the associates.
More work for the pay.

Cons: Management decisions, you work too hard for the pay, constant change

I like dealing with people and get it solved long with just about all the members I have come in contact with I know how to listen to them and what ever problem they have and try my best to work it out for them.
