Membership Associate in Virginia Beach:
I love my job. Helping members with issues with their membership however, I believe it’s unfair to as someone that has worked at the company for 8yrs to train someone new that is making much more money. I believe that when the wages went up to starting at $11/hr that the employees in good standing should of had a wage increase. All we received was, up to $11 if we weren’t already there. Absolutely no compensation for being a dedicated employee.
The best.
Meat Wrapper, Grocery Store in Newport News:

Stocking, cleaning, forklifting, assisting members.
Deli Associate in Milwaukee:

Cons: The lack of communication
Stressful with no help.
Customer Service Associate in Surprise:
Pros: The members and working with people
Cons: I do every job. Train people at membership but make less money than new hires
Too much is given to you at one time.
Retail Merchandiser in Port Huron:
Pros: Health dental and vision benefits
Cons: The way that the company is trying to save money. They have made it so what you were doing is not good enough anymore. Now you have to know how to run the entire store with minimal training and no regard to how their employees feel about having to run a department like jewelry where if you lose a small earring or ring it could be worth thousands of dollars. Because of this just as many people quit as are hired so no head way is made. In the past 2 months we have had over 40 employees quit because of the changes.
