Salon Centric Reviews
What is it like working at Salon Centric?
Great, but because of my Store Manager.
Retail Sales Associate in Stockton:
Pros: What I like most is my store team. We really are like a family because my store manager has created such an accepting environment. I also do love the hair industry and the passion many of our customers have. It’s usually a pleasant experience. Of course any customer service based job is going to have those difficult customers, but I definitely think we have less issues than a regular retail store.
Cons: What I like least is the stereotypical divide between corporate and the store employees. It’s very “the customer is always right”. It would be nice to feel more supported by corporate. It takes drastic measures for higher ups to see the struggle the store associates go through, especially safety-wise. Also our specific store has been outdated and quite frankly, a safety hazard for way too long.
Facts.

A volatile atmosphere.
Sales Associate in Sandy:
