Sally Beauty Supply Company Reviews
What is it like working at Sally Beauty Supply Company?
Extremely stressful not enough time or schedule hours to get done what needs to be done with no help.
Retail Store Manager in Jacksonville:
Pros: Helping customers
Cons: How my job is managed
Disappointment.
Beauty Advisor in Miami:
Pros: I feel in my comfort zone being around hair care and other beauty items. I know this stuff and love helping people find their best self to feel uniquely beautiful.
Cons: My manager is not great. She works more hours than us but we rarely see her around. Whenever she is scheduled to work she either stays in the back for most of the time or stands behind the register and checking out people she didn't help. And when she's not doing that she clocks out early then fixes her hours however she wants. She gives everyone duties but not equal duties. Most girls she puts to stock the store but she gives me a long list of things to do which are mostly her duties and I am not being paid as Assistant Manager.
Sales Associate:
The pay is way too low for all the things you’re expected to do. I was there for 5 years with no recognition. There’s always drama between coworkers and management has no control over anything. The amount of turnover in the store and upper management is just ridiculous.
