Sage Hospitality Group Reviews
What is it like working at Sage Hospitality Group?
Lots of busy work, very little compensation.
Group Rooms Coordinator in Denver:
Pros: The people that I work with.
Cons: The employees are under compensated.
Human Resources (HR) Coordinator:
Sage is a good company but they do not have competitive wages. They need to offer more money to employees. They can’t expect people to take on such a huge work load for such little pay. The over all culture of the company is awesome.
Working as a Maintenance Engineer at Sage Hospitality Group.
Maintenance Engineer in Fort Collins:
Pros: Being hands on and being able to fix things if i am provided with the right tools/materials for the job.
Cons: Going above and beyond is what i liked to do. I figured it would show how hard of a worker i am and how dedicated i am/was to my company. After some issues with me helping other departments i no longer assist if any or at all with helping other departments when needed. I also have been here for almost a year and 2 months. I have not received my yearly raise nor had my yearly review. they say "since you switched departments you dont get a raise nor a yearly review." Its as if my year restarted when i went to my new department. Its like that year of all the hard work for the company I did was nothing....
