Sacred Heart Hospital Reviews

What is it like working at Sacred Heart Hospital?

Exactly the type of profession I have always wanted.
Scheduling Coordinator in Pensacola:
Pros: I love everything about Community Outreach and Dietitians office!
Cons: The last office was a very negative environment.
I love my job I love working with the people that I work with.
Patient Transporter in Eau Claire:
Pros: I love communicating with the patients if I can make one person smile during the day it's well worth all my effort. Just feel very unappreciated when I was hired you had to have a CNA license to work in transport. Over the years they change that so you no longer have to have CNA training. Cuz I have kept my CNA license up all these years I have been here 26 years I am the only original transporter left. I'm not even making $16 an hour whereas I feel I should have been grandfathered in the CNA status. Because I do CNA work along with my transport job even though I'm not technically a CNA on the floor. I am always helping out the CNAs doing CNA work. I also sit Wonder ones with patients. And the hospital has kept my license up for many years. So I feel like I should be making CNA wages after 26 years. People are starting out at almost as much as I'm making. And now they are talking about changing the minimum wage to $15. That makes me feel like I'm not really worth much not making much more than that after 26 years. And the CNAs are making almost $ 18 to $20 an hour an hour and have only been here 5 to 10 years. Just seems very unfair.
Cons: Not enough staff and working by myself. Everyone wants their patients at the same time but I'm only one person.
Love working here just desire better pay.
