Saber Healthcare Reviews
What is it like working at Saber Healthcare?
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Weber City:
Pros: Co-workers.
Cons: Management
Undecided.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Bassett:
Pros: Interaction
Cons: Bad attitudes and stress
Behavioral Medicine: Blends Science & Human Compassion.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Pros: Individuals who require facility care can receive a team centered approach for their betterment towards leading a more full & enriched life. Believing in another human being's ability to attain a more full existence is often the first step toward helping them regain hope to believe in themselves once again. It's a process.
Cons: The absolute stubbornness of those who have lost hope that they will ever get better & lay on their call light constantly demanding immediate service as if this was a 5-star hotel and the world owes them servant-maid service 24/7. It is a disruption to the good that could otherwise be realized in the lives of the other residents and simply not fair to those who are trying so hard to work through issues, needing uninterrupted sleep, a peaceful, quiet environment to grow & expand in.
