SCLHS Reviews
What is it like working at SCLHS?
Administrative Coordinator in Denver:
They refuse to disclose the current payscale for a specific job title. They underpay, from my discussions with coworkers, in many levels (admin, supervisor or lead, MA, tech, RN). There is a large gap from even the hospital side vs the ambulatory side.
Decent pay, good coworkers, tough to advance pay-wise.
X-Ray Technologist in Lafayette:
Pros: The job itself, my coworkers, equipment.
Cons: Management communication, pay advancement opportunities.
Very Rewarding.
Administrative Assistant in Denver:
Pros: I feel very comfortable in my job. It is challenging and the management team depends on me to complete projects needed to meet compliance.
Cons: I am an hourly employee. There are times when I am needed at off hours by my manager or staff. I am responsible for quite a few reports and other duties as assigned. Sometimes it’s overwhelming.
