What is it like working at Rue21, Inc.?
Awful and Unnecessary.
Sales Associate in Mount Sterling:
Pros: The discount and occasionally the customers.
Cons: The unappreciation towards myself and most of the associates. The blatant favoritism that's not even hidden at this point.
Stressful.
Sales Associate:
Pros: I like the challanges it brings constantly. I love meeting new people at my job!
Cons: The management. People constantly quitting because the job is to hard. Fragrance makes your hours no doubt.
Not so well.
Retail Store Assistant Manager:
Pros: Fast paced . The customers beung able to give advise to co workers and customers. Keeping up on the fashion trends.
Cons: Upper management. Always out for them selves never giving the credits to the right people. After 6 yrs I was dobe dirty wrong and let go .
Never a dool moment always busy.
Retail Store Manager:
Pros: Always new trends and fashion.
Cons: No payroll and little pay for store manager.
I would not work for Rue21.
Retail Store Assistant Manager:
Pros: Had a fun staff of employees.
Cons: Awful upper management, no communication or direction, really disrespected and torn down for everything.
