What is it like working at Ruby Tuesday, Inc.?

Terrible.
Server in Mobile:
Pros: I like the food, and some customers. Most of my co-workers are great!
Cons: The managers belittle me, I don’t get the same courtesy as others when I need to call out, a lot of tables think $5 is a good tip.
I hate it im always by my self I run around all day every day more work is put on me because I open all my days my gm could care less about what I say n never steps in to help im very under paid and im one of the best cooks in town.
Line Cook in Cambridge:
Pros: The hours

Pros: Flexibility
Cons: No server training
Could be better.
Line Cook in Greenville:
Pros: That I get to give people amazing food cooked by me
Cons: That they expect me to pick up everyone's slack
Can be overwhelming at times. Employee's and managers are pretty nice. Don't seem to care too too much about a lot.
Server in Portland:
Pros: The people I work with. Being able to take tips home every night
Cons: Some customers are rude
Energetic.

Pros: Simplicity
Cons: Lack of overtime hours
