Rockwell Automation, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Rockwell Automation, Inc.?

Lots of Opportunities.
Marketing Communications Specialist in Milwaukee:
Pros: I enjoy the variety in my work and the support from my manager.
Cons: My stakeholder is not always very organized or clear, which can be difficult to deal with.
Rockwell has a Postive Culture like no Other.
Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) in Cleveland:
Pros: Rockwell Automation truly cares about Culture and Inclusivity, because they know diversity, experience, speed of decision making, and comparing ourselves to the best is what makes Rockwell among the best.
Cons: The Industrial market is a bit too loose on the regulation side of things - ergo more "fly by the seat of your pants" type attitudes. However, this is continually improving for the better. I also dislike the higher turnover rates in some factory positions.
Lots of Verbal "Thank you's" instead of true compensation.
Data Analyst in Los Angeles:
Pros: Rockwell Automation has a decent work culture.
Cons: The pay is very opaque, you can outperform your peers and make significantly less money than them. Rockwell Automation believes that a 2% increase is how much their top performers deserve.
Software Engineer in Atlanta:
Pay is very very low. Don't expect to get raises. Management gets paid generously. The line employees get nothing. Leadership is all talk about investing in and retaining employees. Huge pay cut during pandemic. Work life balance is good, but the benefits are terrible, especially the health insurance. A company run by electrical and mechanical engineers and business majors. They have no clue how to manage a software product or retain software developers.
Network Engineer in Mentor:
Pros: Great environment to learn new technologies
Cons: Younger employees are held to higher standards than "Senior" engineers. They are able to skate by with minimal effort while the newer engineers are paid less to pick up the slack.
Total freedom but global interactions which makes it very interested every day.
Customer Relations Manager (CRM) in Rotterdam:
Pros: the people and the interaction with people from everywhere
Cons: the poor management
Exciting and Stressful -
Senior Engineering Manager in Cleveland:
Pros: We do realy engineering and solve complex issues.
Cons: Un-necessary barriers to execution.
